Let's start with the basics. Put your website address on everything you can going forward. When you are doing your next order from the printer, make sure your site is prominently displayed on your marketing material. I cannot tell you have many people that I've worked with in the past that do not have their website printed on their business card.
If you have just your broker's site with a page about you on it, here's a great way to market it. Buy a domain name for $8.00 and forward it to your page. This way you can use your new domain name on your marketing material and it will take your prospects right to your page. You would also get email with that so now you can start branding yourself.
If you currently have a site, there is one thing that you can do that will help your site become more search engine friendly. Make sure your Title Tag is keyword heavy for your desired keywords. You should not squander that little bit of real estate in your title tag with your name unless you are somewhat recognizable.

Title tags are supposed to be around 60 characters and should incorporate your market (Relocation, 1031 Exchanges, Horse Properties), Geography (Chicago, San Antonio), and your main keywords (Real Estate, Realtor, Homes). Repeating the words in the title tag is not necessary and again you only have 60 characters or so to work with. This realistically could take you 5 minutes if you're administering your own site or have it with one of the template companies like Advanced Access, Z57, Top Producer, Ala Mode, Point2Agent, Agent Image etc.
Your description tag is also very important and this is what your audience will see when the get the results from the search engines. This is your chance to grab their attention and if you have high placement on the engines, you'll not want to squander that opportunity with a poorly constructed or canned description tag. Example of the title tag in bold and the description tag underneath with the keyword search bolded (Chicago Real Estate)

Keywords are not what they used to be, so don't waste too much time on this. You should make sure your site has the keywords that you seek in the text, but the keyword tag itself is only used by a very small group of search engines.
All of the template companies give their customers canned tags. They are all the same with the exception of the geography. Please change them to match your market, all the tags: The Title and Description tags also can be changed on every page and should be to match the contents of those pages.
If your page is about fun things to do in Chicago then your title tag should be something like Chicago Entertainment Museums Restaurants & Activities. Punctuation is not necessary and the title does not HAVE to make sense.
Your Meta tags are very important to the success of your Real Estate website. Please call us if we can be of any help with this.
